Academically, I hold a master's degree in political analysis on international relations as well as a bachelor's degree in business management in addition to several certifications and awards. I also speak several languages giving me a unique edge that allows me to communicate with and understand most of the world's inhabitants.
Today, I work with organizations and other professionals looking to enhance their cultural awareness so they can increase profitability, performance, and harmony within their culturally diverse teams. I focus on sales, communication, and ethical leadership. I confidently speak, train, and consult on the subject. I have led several culturally diverse teams to success—my own included. I am also the managing broker of a real estate boutique that focuses on foreign nationals and corporate sales.
I am the founder and current President of the Moroccan American Association of Professional Women. I was also the founder and previous President of the Muslim American Chamber of Commerce, and am currently a board member of the Florida International Chamber of Commerce. As a Distinguished Toastmaster, I served as an area director for my district along with leading clubs several times.
Aside from global sales, leadership, and culturally diverse team building, I coached minority women on public speaking tips and ways to own the stage so they could launch their businesses within 90 days.
My work career has been rich and diverse, exploring different industries such as international trade, hospitality, retail, finance, and real estate. I have assisted giant corporations including the US government.
I dream of a world where people from all different cultural backgrounds are valued, appreciated, and understood. A world where there is ethical, inclusive leadership, harmony, and respect that drive productivity, creativity, and performance to its highest level. I fulfill this through speaking, consulting, coaching, and training.
I am Moroccan by birth, American by heart, and a global citizen by choice.
